Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all payments made to Clixrio, a product of Aemorio. By purchasing any service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

Clixrio operates under a strict NO REFUND policy. All payments made are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Subscription plans (monthly, yearly)
  • WhatsApp message/conversation credits
  • Setup and onboarding charges
  • Custom automation or chatbot development
  • API integrations (WhatsApp, IndiaMART, etc.)
  • Feature upgrades or add-ons

2. Digital Service Consumption

All services provided by Clixrio are digital in nature.

Once any of the following occurs:

  • Account is activated
  • Dashboard access is granted
  • API or integrations are enabled
  • Credits are allocated

The service shall be considered fully delivered and consumed, and no refund shall be applicable thereafter.

3. No Refund for Usage or Dissatisfaction

No refunds shall be provided for:

  • Partial or full usage of services
  • Lack of usage
  • Change in business strategy
  • Dissatisfaction with features
  • Failure to achieve expected results

4. Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer

Clixrio relies on third-party services including WhatsApp (Meta), IndiaMART, and other APIs.

We are not responsible for:

  • Account bans or restrictions by WhatsApp
  • API downtime or failures
  • Policy changes by third-party providers

Such events shall not qualify for refunds.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You must cancel before the next billing cycle
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued

6. Duplicate Payment Exception

Refunds may only be considered in case of:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Excess payment due to technical error

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours
  • Valid proof must be submitted
  • Refund processed within 7–15 business days after approval

7. Unauthorized Transactions

You must notify us within 24–48 hours for any unauthorized transaction.

Clixrio shall not be liable if such transactions occurred due to:

  • Sharing credentials
  • User negligence
  • Poor account security

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after using the service will be treated as fraudulent activity.

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent blacklisting
  • Legal action for recovery of dues, damages, and legal costs

Clixrio reserves the right to submit transaction logs, usage data, IP address records, and communication history as evidence.

9. Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to misuse the refund system, file false complaints, or exploit policies will result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Permanent service ban
  • Legal action under applicable Indian laws

10. Service Delivery Clause

Once services are activated, Clixrio shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations completely.

11. Limitation of Liability

Clixrio shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Refund beyond amount paid (if applicable)

12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Courts in Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
