Clixrio provides WhatsApp automation, CRM, chatbot systems, bulk messaging, API integrations, and marketing tools.
3. User Responsibility & Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and third-party policies including WhatsApp (Meta) guidelines.
- No responsibility for WhatsApp bans
- No responsibility for delivery failures
- No responsibility for third-party penalties
4. Digital Service Consumption
All services are digital. Once access, API, credits, or dashboard access is provided, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed.
No reversals or refunds shall apply thereafter.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
6. User Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all data uploaded, contacts used, and messages sent through the platform.
7. Payment Terms
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
8. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
Any chargeback after service usage will be treated as fraud.
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent blacklist
- Legal recovery of damages and costs
9. Monitoring & Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor accounts and suspend them without notice.
10. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for failures of WhatsApp, IndiaMART, or any external API.
11. Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Clixrio against all claims, damages, legal costs arising from misuse.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to events beyond control including API downtime, server issues, or government actions.
15. User Verification (KYC)
We may request identity verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension without refund.
16. Termination
We may terminate accounts without notice for violations.
17. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall first be resolved via arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Courts in Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Updates
We may update these Terms at any time without notice.
